The skipper must read the Skipper's Declaration below and sign to confirm their agreement.

Walton & Frinton YC will run a BBQ, and it would help with catering if you could indicate how many BBQ meals you are likely to want.

There is space for tents and camper vans, using facilities at the yacht club.  Please indicate below if you intend to camp or bring a van.

Payment for the entry fee (£7.50 for members of the OGA / W&FYC, or £10 for non-members) should be made either by BACS to the OGA account (20-54-30 80676179) or cheque payable to East Coast OGA and posted to Clare Thomas, Green Farm Barn, The Green, Barham, Ipswich IP6 0QF.
